At Sister Kode, we’re committed to getting your beautiful new pieces to you as smoothly and quickly as possible! We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we work hard to ensure a seamless shipping experience across Australia.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship our Sister Kode collections to all corners of Australia! Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
We know you're eager to receive your order!
 * Orders placed before 12 PM AEST (noon) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
 * Orders placed after 12 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Please note: We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Options
We offer straightforward shipping options to make your shopping experience simple:
 * Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): A flat rate of $10.00 AUD.
 * Express Shipping (Australia-wide): A flat rate of $15.00 AUD.
Local Options for Swan Hill Customers:
We love our local community! If you're in Swan Hill, you have a couple of convenient options:
 * Free Local Delivery: If you're within our local delivery zone in Swan Hill, you can select this option at checkout for free delivery to your door.
 * Free In-Store Pickup: You can choose to collect your order directly from our store at 92 Chapman St, Swan Hill VIC 3585 for free.
   * You'll be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
   * Pickup is available during our regular business hours. If these hours don't suit, please contact us to arrange a more convenient time – we're always happy to help!
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
 * Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia, typically ranging from 3-7 business days. Please allow longer for regional or remote areas (up to 10 business days or more).
 * Express Shipping: Generally delivered within 1-3 business days to most metropolitan areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Please note: These are estimates provided by Australia Post and can be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
For your peace of mind, all orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey directly with Australia Post.
Shipping Delays, Lost Parcels & Damaged Items
We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, and we're here to help!
 * Delay in Dispatch (before shipping): If your order's dispatch is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and work to get it on its way promptly. Please contact us at hello@sisterkode.com.au if you have concerns about your order's dispatch.
 * Delay in Delivery or Lost Parcel (after shipping): Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of Australia Post. If your parcel is experiencing a significant delay or appears lost, please:
   * First, contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number to inquire about your parcel's status.
   * If Australia Post cannot resolve the issue, please contact us immediately at hello@sisterkode.com.au. We will are so sorry for the inconvenience and will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
 * Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sisterkode.au within 48 hours of receiving it, providing photos of the damage to the item(s) and packaging. We will guide you through the next steps in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy: https://sisterkode.com.au/pages/return-and-refund-policy
Important Notes
 * Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
 * Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
