Wearable, lupin, heat/cool pack.

Handmade in Australia from all natural materials. With a natural cotton fabric outer that feels soft against your skin and filled with 100% lupins which are a great alternative to wheat because they are odor and allergen free, they can also be frozen to use as a cool pack. Measuring 2m long in total there is plenty of tie room.

How to heat the pack - microwave for 2 minutes, then test the temperature and if needed heat for 15sec at a time until desired temperature.

Heat therapy should be used for aches and pains, stiffness, arthritis and period pain. When heat is applied to a sore area of the body, blood vessels widen and blood flow increases to transport excess lactic acid and other toxins away from tired muscles.

How to cool the pack - Place in the freezer until desired temperature. Place in a plastic bag to avoid absorbing moisture or odors.

Cool therapy should be applied to new injuries that result in swelling and inflammation such as joint sprains. Ice reduces the blood vessels helping to slow and reduce swelling and inflammation.
